Comprehensive terms governing your use of HRPBLOOM HR Management System

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HRPBLOOM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

HRPBLOOM is a comprehensive Human Resource Management System designed to streamline HR processes including employee management, payroll, leave management, performance tracking, and compliance reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with Malaysian employment laws
  • Protect login credentials and report unauthorized access immediately
  • Use the system only for legitimate HR management purposes
  • Obtain necessary consents for data processing activities

4. Data Protection & Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.

5. Malaysian Compliance Requirements

  • Employment Act 1955 compliance
  • EPF (Employees Provident Fund) regulations
  • SOCSO (Social Security Organization) requirements
  • EIS (Employment Insurance System)
  • PCB (Monthly Tax Deductions)
  • HRDF (Human Resource Development Fund) for registered employers

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly/annually. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclusive of SST where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HRPBLOOM are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

HRPBLOOM is provided 'as is' without warranties. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
